Ventura Nomina is a fully configurable in-Cloud solution for managing Nomina and some aspects of Human Resources.
Ventura Payroll is able to model any payment scheme of an organization, applying not only the aspects of local legislation but also any other organizational regulations. This means that Ventura Nomina does not implement a specific or predetermined calculation process since it can adapt to different business models and rules.
Ventura Nomina is a flexible in-Cloud solution under the SaaS (Software as a Service) model that has a range and functionalities in four major areas:
- Organizational Structure: by department, cost centers, category and structure of jobs among others
- Type of Payroll: with individual and group calculations / formulas, changes in labor laws, notifications and processes among other functions
- Digital File: with multiple people’s identities, attached documents, hiring processes, holiday control, benefit payments, legal compensation, etc.
- Human Resources Management: with personnel actions, vacation management, contract management, salary management, certifications and reports
Ventura Nomina has two additional modules; Self-management so that the employees of the companies can directly carry out processes of management of their employment status and O’Clock for the control hours worked.
